Feel like you want some help but not sure where to start or what to do?

I get it! Parenting is hard at the best of times. And those of us who are trying to parent in a different way to how we were parented, not get triggered while dealing with our kids AND our own parents, and are prone to overthinking or needing to be in control... Well, it's even harder.

Just know that whatever pattern you feel trapped in, you have developed that in order to 'survive'. Even though you're no longer under threat, behaviour patterns can be hard to break. They're like a well-worn path in the forest - it becomes hard (and scary) to create a new path. 

But, there is a solution. Which I researched and developed after 'traditional methods' of talk therapy didn't do much for me to help heal my childhood traumas or get my neurodivergent nervous system out of almost constant dysregulation. And, I love to talk about it! (Just call it one of my autistic topic of interests, along with juniper trees and the long jump).
